Toale's work include soapie "Guiding Light", TV film "Tempting Adam" and a role as a 'briefs model' in 2004's "Uptown Girls". He was selected from over 400 candidates from around the globe by the show's producers Alfred Gough and Miles Millar (creators of TV's "Smallville"), however the role was ultimately recast after The WB merged with UPN.
