Tori Spelling tells ET she is "inspired" by the courageous way that Christina Applegate has dealt with her breast cancer and called her friend "beautiful inside and out." Tori joined actress Cheryl Hines and other celebrities this week at a private estate in Beverly Hills for the Passion for Pink luncheon in conjunction with Breast Cancer Awareness. The event focused on fighting breast cancer while celebrating the 60th Diamond Anniversary of the Emmy Awards. Christina, who revealed last month that she underwent a double-mastectomy to treat her breast cancer, will be a presenter at this Sunday's "Primetime Emmy Awards," just weeks after having the surgery. Reality TV star and former "90210" good girl TORI SPELLING is on celluloid this coming weekend with her new romantic comedy, 'Kiss the Bride,' and the mom-to-be (second time over) is talking to ET!
