Tiffany Dupont landed her first primetime series regular role playing Sarah Gregory in The WB's drama series The Bedford Diaries. Dupont also starred as Esther in the independent film One Night with the King, opposite Peter O'Toole and Omar Shariff. She was cast in the role after a worldwide search for the character in this biblical story. The film also stars John Rhys Davies and Luke Goss, was directed by Michael Sajbel. Based on Tommy Tenney's novel of the same name, the film was shot in India.

Dupont also shot a cameo role in the independent film Bickford Schmeckler's Cool Ideas with Patrick Fugit and Olivia Wilde. Her other feature film credits include the role of Lydia McBride in Pillar of Light: The Work and the Glory, as well as playing the role of Beth in the highly successful comedy Cheaper by the Dozen with Steve Martin.

On television, Dupont guest starred in The WB's Grounded for Life and was the lead in the series In My Life. She has also appeared in the critically-acclaimed drama Joan of Arcadia and the comedy Yes, Dear.
