Tequan Richmond Biography


Tequan Richmond was born October 30, 1992 in Burlington, North Carolina. Tequan appeared in magazine ads such as Sports Illustrated, Reader's Digest, Newsweek, and National Geographic as well as a national Nestle print ad.

He also became one of six hosts for kids' TV shows on the Toon Disney Channel and has had guest-starring roles on CBS's Cold Case and NBC's ER and co-starring roles on CSI: Crime Scene Investigation and MadTV. Tequan also appeared with a recurring role on The Shield on the FX network.

In March 2003, Tequan landed his first pilot, The Henry Lee Project, an Aaron Spelling Production. Tequan would have starred playing Andrew Lee, grandson, to Henry Lee played by Danny Glover.

In 2004, Tequan appeared as "Ray Charles, Jr. (9-10 yrs.)" in Ray, a movie biographical drama of American legend Ray Charles.

Currently, you can catch Tequan as a series regular on the most talked about sitcom of the 2005 year, Everybody Hates Chris, as in Rock. Chris Rock narrates and produces this hilarious half-hour show. The show also stars Tichina Arnold (Martin, One on One) and Terry Crews (The Longest Yard and White Chicks).
