She will be seen starring with Brad Rowe in "Would I Lie To You", a re-telling of "The Importance Of Being Earnest." Recent roles include a starring role in the Fox thriller "Darkwolf" and putting her comedy chops on display in "Not Another Teen Movie." She was also in a pivotal role in a particularly creepy episode of "The X-Files."

Born in Japan, Armstrong's mother still has the video of her at three years old when she said that she wanted to be an actress. Although she didn't persue it professionally until a few years ago, she spent her high school and college years performing in various stage productions.
