Roger Howarth is best known for his roles as Todd Manning on "One Life to Live" and Paul Ryan on "As the World Turns". Roger also appeared with recurring roles on "Dawson's Creek" and "Prey".
When Roger was originally cast as Todd Manning on "One Life To Live" he was only supposed to play a minor role. He was offered a long term contract after fans wrote to producers asking that his character be kept on the show.
