Pilar Lastra was raised in San Antonio, TX as the youngest of three girls. At the age of 19, Lastra moved to Los Angeles to pursue a career in acting. She appeared in the independent film Malibu Spring Break and was soon discovered by Playboy and became Miss August 2004. Lastra went on to appear in the films No Rules staring Tom Sizemore and Gary Busey, Frank Shamrock and Randy Catoure and Murder on the Yellow brick, a contemporary 1950's murder mystery. Lastra also appeared on NBC's hit show Vegas as Pamona and as a model on Deal or No Deal.
