Best known for his role as Dr. Carson Beckett on "Stargate: Atlantis", Paul McGillion also appeared on television in the series "Skullduggery" and with guest appearances on "Smallville", "Cold Squad", and "The Sentinel". McGillion's film credits include "The Deal", "A Guy Thing", and "Replicant".
One of seven children, Paul's family emigrated to Canada from Paisley, Scotland when he was just 2 years old.
