Nicola Maria Roberts (born October 5, 1985 in Stamford, England), a British pop star from Runcorn is the youngest member of Girls Aloud. Also known as 'Cola' and 'Ginge', Nicola started singing at the young age of eleven.

Her group was formed after auditioning for a UK TV show "Popstars". Nicola was originally eliminated before the final stage, but was brought back into the final ten after Nicola Ward pulled out of the show after disagreeing with the show's contract. She flourished in the final stage, becoming the second girl to join Girls Aloud. Since then Nicola has co-written two of the group's album tracks. Also, Nicola is known as the quiet shy one in the group.
