Michele Hicks was born on June 4, 1973 in New Jersey. She first came to the attention of audiences with her performance in "Twin Falls Idaho."

Hicks followed that with roles in the film "Deadly Little Secrets," and in the romantic ensemble piece "Ropewalk" with Peter Facinelli and Lesley Ann Warren. Hicks also appeared in "Mullholland Drive", and then "Northfork," "What We Do Is Secret," and "The Adventures of Beatle Boyin."

On television, Hicks appeared with a recurring role on the critically acclaimed drama "The Shield," as Mara Sewell, and with a series regular role on "Heist".
