Part of the Australian National Swim Team was in Tucson for some training and a tune up meet leading into Santa Clara. Unfortunately I caught them the day after the meet, so there wasn’t a lot of action going on, but these coaches were awesome. Vince Raleigh. who coaches Patrick Murphy, Ashley Delaney, and Robert Hurley, showed us some drills. Leisel Jones's coach Rohan Taylor talked about the importance of heart rate during recovery days.
