La Toya London was considered by many to be the most talented vocalist on American Idol 3. Dubbed one of the three divas along with Jennifer Hudson and Fantasia Barrino, La Toya's powerhouse vocals and classic beauty made her stand out from the crowd of thousands.
At the heart of The Color Purple, the musical based on novel by Alice Walker, is a story about learning how to love yourself. The touring show, which will be in Jacksonville through Nov. 22 as part of The Artist Series at the Times Union Center, is simply fantastic.
