Keiko Kitagawa is a Japanese idol who played the role of Sailor Mars in the Sailor Moon live action show Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon. She has been a model for the Japanese Seventeen magazine since late 2003, and has appeared in the films Mizu ni Sumu Hana and Mamiya Kyoudai and is set to appear in The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift.
She has also released a single as the character Rei Hino called "Sakura Fubuki', which she also performs on the show.
She was born on Hyogo prefecture, Japan. She is 160 centimeters (5 ft 3 in) tall. She weighs 42 kilograms (93 lb). Her measurements are 75-53.5-81 centimeters (30-21-32 in).
