A gifted actress with the ability to take on a wide variety of roles, Cliche has also appeared in a number of made-for-television movies. She co-starred with Stephen Baldwin and Peter Gallagher in Protection and was seen in three telefilms starring Eric Roberts, including Race Against Time.
On the big screen, Cliche starred in Alliance Atlantis’ 2002 fast-paced action thriller Riders (distributed by Miramax), also starring Stephen Dorff and Natasha Henstridge. In the film, she played Alex, one of four young people who get their thrills from robbing banks. She also shows off her comedic talent as Stef in Summer, a motion picture tribute to the filmmaking of John Hughes.
Born in Sept-Iles, Quebec to a nurse and a father in the army, Cliche moved around Canada, as well as Virginia and Germany. Through high school, she took drama classes and performed in many stage productions. She also traveled extensively while modeling.
