Jesse Spencer was born on February 12, 1979 in Melbourne, Australia. Jesse became known for his role as Billy Kennedy in "Neighbours"-- the Australian Soap. He has been known to enjoy music and singing, as well as acting.

Jesse has appeared in "Freddy vs. Jason", "Uptown Girls", "P.D. James", "Lorna Doone", "Presumed Innocent", "Winning London", "Stranded", and "Swimming Upstream".

He has made guest appearances in "Always Greener" and "Time Trax".
