Ion Overman took on the role of Viviana, a sharp, quick-witted matchmaker, who is desperately trying to find a husband of her own, on the UPN comedy LOVE, INC.

Overman has appeared as a guest star on television shows, including "Strong Medicine," "CSI: Miami," "Without a Trace," "The Drew Carey Show" and "Shasta McNasty." In addition, she was a contract player on "Port Charles" and was a recurring guest star on "The L Word, " opposite Jennifer Beals.

Overman's theater work include roles in the stage productions of "Fools for Love," "Cat on a Hot Tin Roof" and "Hurlyburly."

Born and raised in Los Angeles, Overman received her bachelor of arts in English literature from the University of California at Los Angeles. In her free time, she likes to shop, read, knit, cook and watch old "I Love Lucy" episodes.
