Holly Robinson Peete took on the role of Clea, the founder of Love, Inc. (a full-service dating firm), who is experiencing her own dating dramas recently having divorced her husband, on the comedy LOVE, INC.

Robinson Peete has had a illustrious career starring in lead roles on such long-running sitcoms as "Hangin' With Mr. Cooper," "For Your Love" and "Like Family." Her other television credits include a starring role in the hit series "21 Jump Street" and the television movies "The Jacksons: An American Dream," "Killers in the House" and "After All."

In 1996, Robinson Peete along with her husband, Rodney Peete, created The HollyRod Foundation to raise money for underprivileged people living with Parkinson's disease, which claimed the life of her father, Matthew T. Robinson.

As an entrepreneur, Robinson Peete recently announced her new partnership with Mervyn's to create the Holly Robinson Maternity clothing line. In addition, she is currently penning a book, "Get Your Own Damn Beer, I'm Watching The Game: A Women's Guide to Loving Pro Football," due out later this year.

Robinson Peete has received numerous awards and honors for her philanthropic deeds, including The 1999 Women of Conscience Award, American Mentor Award, The Buddy Award (NOW Legal Defense & Education Fund), The Southern California Broadcaster's Association Community Service Award, The 2004 Gerald R. Ford People Helping People Award, The 2004 March of Dimes Healthy Babies, Healthy Futures Award, The 2004 USC Woman of Distinction Award, Anheuser Busch John E. Jacob Community Service Award, The Huntington Disease Society Distinguished Achievement Award and The 2004 Girls Inc. Mentor Award.

Originally from Philadelphia, Robinson Peete graduated from Sarah Lawrence College in New York with a bachelor of arts degree in psychology and French.
