Former "Dancing with the Stars" champ Helio Castroneves talks to ET about the fear he felt during his tax evasion trial and how happy he is to be back on the racetrack. "It was really hard. It was really difficult to be in a situation where you have no control at all. It was torture," he tells ET, adding that it was his faith that kept him strong. With his life his own again, Helio will be behind the wheel when the Indianapolis 500 zooms off over the Memorial Day weekend. He admits he had some concerns during his trial, but he was confident that he’d never lose his career. He thought he might have to take a long pause — that is until he was acquitted of the charges. ET spoke to past "Dancing with the Stars" winner Helio Castroneves about the new season of the competition as he dished out some fresh advice for the new contestants. IndyCar driver Castroneves, who won "DWTS" with his partner Julianne Hough in 2007, said the first week of the competition is the most grueling of all. But he said even the most inexperienced dancers can enjoy success if they work hard and remain patient.
