Drake starred in his first TV commercial at age five, and never turned back. At ten, he appeared with Tom Cruise in "Jerry Maguire" as Jesse Remo, the kid who points Jerry in the right direction, and three years later he played John Cusack's son in 1999's "The Jack Bull," and co-starred with Cusack again in "High Fidelity."
Drake kicked off his rise to Nickelodeon when he stepped onto the set of "The Amanda Show" and cracked up the crowd as Totally Kyle and a heap of other hilarious characters. As Kyle, Drake not only got to make fans laugh, he also showed off his skills on the guitar.
It was while filming "Changing Destiny" at age 13 with Roger Daltry of The Who that Drake was introduced to the guitar, and playing music and writing songs soon became an obsession. Not long after, his band Drake 24/7 (whose music Drake describes as "John Mayer meets Dave Matthews") was formed. These days, the band has performed on "All That," "So Little Time" and, of course, "Drake & Josh," for which Drake composed the theme song as well.
Drake spends time giving back and helping others through organizations like Audrey Hepurn's Children's Foundation and World Mission. Drake is an avid Beatles fan.
