Clint Black has been credited with paving the way for a new generation of country musicians. Along with artists like
Garth Brooks and
Tim McGraw, Black has been able to reach a more diverse audience than the traditional country fan base. Some of Black's most recognizable songs inlcude "Better Man", "When My Ship Comes In", and "Loving Blind".
An Independence Day celebration is set for July 4 at 5 p.m. on Headquarters Field here. Headlining the show is country artist Clint Black, whose performance will begin at 8 p.m.
