Carlos Bernard was born on October 12, 1964 in Evanston, Illinois.
He started acting in highschool.
He attended Illinois State University and then went on to attend The American Conservatory Theatre in San Francisco.
Bernard appeared in "Vegas: C.O.D" and "The Killing Jar". He also appeared on "The Young and the Restless" in 1999, and "Sunset Beach" in 1997.
Carlos made his first screen appearance in 1996 in "The Killing Jar". One of his co-stars in this was Xander Berkeley, who appeared with him in "24" years later.
Carlos also appeared in "Babylon 5".
On television, Carlos has guest starred on "Walker, Texas Ranger", "Moloney", and "Silk Stalkings".
