Steve Liebowitz, of Owings Mills, Md., was inspired by his fascination with an Atlantic City landmark to write ‘Steel Pier, Atlantic City: Showplace of the Nation.’ He’ll attend a book launch and signing Monday at the Atlantic City Historical Museum on the Boardwalk at New Jersey Avenue.
