A British actor, Orlando Bloom became famous for his role as Legolas Greenleaf in "The Lord Of The Rings" movies. His other film credits include the "Pirates of the Caribbean" films, "Black Hawk Down", "Troy", "Kingdom of Heaven" and "Elizabethtown."
Orlando was nearly killed a few years ago when he broke his back in a fall out of a window and fell three floors. He was told by his doctors that he may not walk again. He was soon operated on, and only twelve days later he walked out of the hospital.
