Amy Christine Dumas (born April 14, 1975), better known by her ring name Lita, is an American former professional wrestler and valet. During her stint with World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) from 2000–2006, she became one of the most popular female wrestling performers in the sports entertainment company's history.

After briefly working on the independent circuit and in Extreme Championship Wrestling, Dumas signed with the World Wrestling Federation in 1999. Originally, she was paired with Essa Rios, but she achieved her greatest push alongside Matt and Jeff Hardy as Team Xtreme. Throughout her career, she won the WWE Women's Championship four times.

Dumas had an off-screen relationship with Matt Hardy, which ended in 2005 after her affair with Adam Copeland. WWE used the real-life drama between the trio as an angle throughout 2005 and 2006, leading to Dumas being booed by the fans for the first time and eventually turning heel. The relationship also led to the legitimate release of Hardy in 2005, although he was rehired later in the year.

After her retirement from wrestling in 2006, she became the lead singer of punk rock band The Luchagors. The band released a self-titled CD on September 11, 2007.
