Ali Lohan began her career as a model. She was already signed to the Ford modeling agency by the age of 3. She has been photographed and interviewed by CosmoGirl magazine, Sweet16 magazine, People magazine and TeenVogue magazine. A new headshot of Lohan was recently released to the press.

Lohan had a small uncredited role in older sister Lindsay's film The Parent Trap. She played "Child in Airport", according to her IMDB profile. Lohan recently auditioned for the newest High School Musical movie. It was rumored that she didn't get the part. Lohan's mother Dina recently acquired a reality show on the E! Entertainment Television network. The show is called Living Lohan. It began filming in late October 2007 and is due to be released in 2008. Lohan has also appeared on the shows Driven (2002), E! True Hollywood (2005), Video on Trial (2005), and Paws for Style (2006) as herself. Lohan's first notable role was in one of Lindsay's music videos.

Lohan released her debut album in late 2006. The album consists of Christmas music and is titled Lohan Holiday. Her new reality show Living Lohan will focus on the making of her debut studio album in Las Vegas.
